and trying to quit. trying to reduce. Trying to remember what it was like when I dint have to "light  up".

I smoked my last cigarette 48 hours ago... still going strong. I did not believe I could have come this far.

The book by Allen Carr helped me quit smoking almost the same day I picked it up from the NLB. The one I found in NLB was a bit different.
It was much more fun to read, it used illustrations so it was like watching a south park of my smoking self.

I wish everyone would read this book and get out of smoking.

Its not easy but its do able. I am fighting my last day after which I will be completely "FREE" from physical nicotine withdrawal issues.

It is great to be free of  the shitty habit of smoking once and for all. i aint going back.
